All of our pottery is hand thrown, reduction fired stoneware from a gas kiln and may vary in color and size. Due to the variance in the gas fires, glazes may also very from load to load, making each piece of pottery a unique work.

Money Back Gaurantee/Refund Policy
KC Pottery offers our customers a 30 day refund guarantee on all purchases (unless otherwise indicated.) Shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. A return authorization number is required for all returns. There are no refunds after 30 days of the original invoice date.
Order Discrepancies
If there is a discrepancy with an order, customers must notify us by E-mail within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
Processing Time
Your order will be processed within approximately 4 business days, as long as there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same day-shipping. Orders will not be processed on the weekend or on holidays.
Some items may not be in stock. If that is the case, it may be 4-6 weeks before your receive your order. Once you place your order an email will be sent to you to verify which of the items from your order are in stock and which items will need to be made. Once you receive the email you have the option of sending a response if you want us to ship the "in stock" items out right away and then ship the remaining items out as soon as the items are completed.
Order Cancelation
KC Pottery reserves the right to refund and cancel any order at our discretion if we feel we can not successfully complete it.

Internet orders are handled with a high level of security. All on-line transactions are sent through our secure server, and they are encrypted with 128-bit technology. Once your information is received, it is only handled by trusted, authorized employees.
Privacy
Your privacy is respected by KC Pottery. All of the information that you give will be used for processing purposes only. Your information will not be sold or released to anyone except as outlined in our privacy policy. Unless you request to be on our e-mail list, the only e-mails you will receive from KC Pottery are updates to recent orders and/or returns.

Fair Credit Billing Act:
Every online transaction is guaranteed to be 100% safe. If unauthorized charges are made to your card as a result of shopping at our online store, you will pay nothing. Under the Fair Credit Billing Act, your bank cannot hold you liable for more than $50.00 for fraudulent charges. If your bank does hold you liable for any of this amount, we will cover the entire liability for you, up to the full $50.00. This liability will only be covered by us if the unauthorized use of your credit card resulted through no fault of your own from purchases made while using our secure server. In the event of unauthorized use of your credit card you must notify your credit card provider in accordance with its reporting rules and procedures.
