Processing and Delivery Time
Your order will be processed within approximately 4 business days, as long as there are no problems with payment verification. We do not guarantee same-day shipping. Orders will not be processed on the weekend or holidays.
Some items may not be in stock, if that is the case it may take 4-6 weeks before you receive your order. In stock orders will be shipped UPS and you can expect to receive it within 7-10 business days. Once you place your order an email will be sent to you to verify which of the items from your order are in stock and which items will need to be made. Once you receive the email you have the option of sending a response if you want us to ship the "in stock" items out right away and then ship the remaining items out as soon as the items are completed.
Shipping
We ship our products through UPS. In order to ship UPS, we need a phone number and street address for delivery. They do not accept post office boxes.
Ordering
To ship products to different addresses, please order separately to avoid confusion. Our system can only accept one shipping address per order.
Delivery Charges
Shipping and handling charges will be determined by your shopping cart.
Minnesota Sales Tax
A 6.5% sales tax will apply to all areas.
Guarantee/Returns and Refunds
KC Pottery offers our customers a 30 day refund guarantee on all purchases (unless otherwise indicated.) Shipping charges are non-refundable, and a 15% restocking fee will be applied to all returns. We do not allow returns or refunds on special or customized orders. A return authorization number is required for all returns.
There are no returns after 30 days of the original invoice.
Order Discrepancies
If there is a discrepancy with an order, customers must notify us by E-mail or contact us by phone at (320)233-0317 within 7 days from the invoice date so that we may investigate and resolve the situation as quickly as possible.
